Roxanne de Bastion - pic Terry Tyldesley

Roxanne de Bastion at The Lexington, London, 16th April 2018. Sink Ya Teeth - pic Rachel King

Sink Ya Teeth at The Finsbury, London 11th August 2017. I had no idea what to expect but got drawn in by these two vibrant and enthusiastic women on stage and suddenly felt like I was back in the early 80s. Couldn’t quite put my finger on who the band reminded me of because they had their own individual exuberance and sound, but felt moments of Bow Wow Wow, Debbie Harry and at one point “Ring My Bell” by Anita Ward! It we lively, fresh, nostalgic and new. (Rachel King)
